TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

REFUND POLICY:

  • We happily accept returns, as long as customers notify us within 14 days of receipt and products are returned to us within 30 days. No refunds will be made if this criteria is not met.

  • Refunds will only be considered if a copy of the invoice/receipt is sent back with the item/s that you wish to return.

  • The returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused and completely clean with original swing tags/garment labels still attached.

  • If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding the delivery charges) will be refunded after we have received the product (s) back and have confirmed that the above conditions above have been met. Refunds will only be credited to the credit/debit card of the purchaser or to their paypal account.

  • If you are unsure of your sizing with g-strings or panties, please try them on over some other panties, in case you need to return them.

  • All customers wishing to make a return/refund are responsible for all shipping costs. Intoxication will only cover shipping costs if an item is approved by Intoxication as faulty.

  • In the case of a faulty product/s, the customer is required to pay for returns postage. Once Inoxication receives the faulty goods and approve that the product/s is indeed faulty, the product/s along with return postage expense will be covered by Intoxication. In the case of a faulty return, Intoxication shall only ever cover a standard postage fee.

  • Refunds shall not be processed until Intoxication receives product/s within the allocated time frame.

  • No refunds on sale items. Please choose wisely.

  • If a customer requests alterations or embellishments on any Intoxication product, please note refunds or exchanges will not be granted once the Intoxication product has been altered/embellished. Please choose your items carefully and ensure that your size is correct before proceeding with alterations or embellishments on your new Intoxication products. We will not be held responsible if you choose not to try on your Intoxication items before proceeding with any kind of amendments of your Intoxication items.

  • If a customer makes a purchase on a full price item, and then that item goes on sale or promo, Intoxication does not refund the difference. We do not honour the sale price after a full price item is purchased.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • Any customer who is not completely satisfied with their purchase, can also make an exchange for anther size, colour or style, as long as customer notifies us within 14 days of receipt and returns purchased products to us within 30 days of receipt. No exchanges will be made if this criteria is not met. as long as customers notify us within 14 days of receipt.

  • No exchanges shall be made until the returned product has been received by Intoxication within the specified time.

  • If an exchange is permitted, the product being sent back needs to be in perfect condition, otherwise the exchange can not take place. All original tags/garment labels must still be attached to product and should be completely clean, unused, unwashed and unworn.

  • We do permit exhanges on sale items as long as customer notifies us within 14 days of receipt and return purchased item/s within 30 days of receipt.

  • If you are unsure of your sizing with g-strings or panties, please try them on over some other panties, in case you need to return them.

  • All customers wishing to make an exchange are responsible for all extra shipping costs. Intoxication will only cover shipping costs if the exchange item is approved by Intoxication as faulty. In the case of a faulty exchange, Intoxication shall only cover a standard shipping fee, unless customer urgently requires item by a specified time and needs to use express post. Please e-mail to below address to discuss appropriate shipping means.

  • If a customer requests alterations or embellishments on any Intoxication product, please note refunds or exchanges will not be granted once the Intoxication product has been altered/embellished. Please choose your items carefully and ensure that your size is correct before proceeding with alterations or embellishments on your new Intoxication products. FAULTY ITEMS:

·We do our best to ensure that all products sent out are in excellent condition. However, if on the off chance you receive a product that has a manufacturing fault, we are more than happy to exchange, refund or give a credit note as long as customer informs us within 14 days of receipt and returns the product/s  to us within 30 days of receipt.

Before sending us your faulty item back, please e-mail us at enquiry@intoxication.com.au to discuss the fault issue with us first.

If at any stage you are unhappy with our product, please discuss this privately with us first before commenting on social media. Quality is very important to us. However, now and then there can be manufacturing faults, in which we are extremely happy to replace, rectify and resolve. 

Return postage of a faulty item is at the expense of Intoxication once approved by us.  All returns/exchanges to be sent to the following address:
